Data Tools

Managing data from multiple sources to ensure our students receive their supports and are making progress can eat up valuable time for planning and instruction. New Visions' data tools are designed to reduce help you quickly identify high level trends and make student level decisions.

  • SPELL Management Tool is designed to pull together student-level data from SESIS, ATS, school user-entered data, and basic student information from the New Visions' Data Portal. The purpose is to manage the process of ensuring that special education and English language learners receive the appropriate support they need to succeed in school. This includes everything from staffing designs, managing IEP compliance deadlines, billing, related services, and tracking post-secondary opportunities.

  • Literacy Data Summaries hold all Performance Series data for New Visions Charter High Schools. This school-specific data provides details about: the students in each cohort who were assessed via Performance Series; individual student Lexile growth and progress to graduation information; Lexile growth data for subcategories of students, including students with IEPS, ELLs, and students programmed for intervention classes.
